CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movement. Workouts are constantly varied, performed at high intensity, and led by certified coaches to ensure safety and results.
Your free trial includes access to all of our regular CrossFit classes for two weeks — no cost, no commitment. It’s the perfect way to meet our coaches, get a feel for the workouts, and see what our community is all about.
Yes! We welcome drop-ins from visiting CrossFitters with prior experience. Just check our schedule, show up a few minutes early, and introduce yourself to the coach. A single drop-in is $25.
Each CrossFit class lasts about 60 minutes, including a warm-up, strength or skill work, the workout of the day (WOD), and a cooldown.
That’s totally okay — every workout can be scaled. Our coaches will give you modified versions of each movement based on your experience, fitness level, or limitations. Whether it's replacing pull-ups with ring rows or using lighter weights, we’ve got you covered.
